We meet at 8:30pm every Thursday. All singers, musicians, storytellers and poets are welcome, along with anyone arriving just to listen.

We use the word "Folk" loosely as we encourage an eclectic mix of musical styles. Performers arriving promptly can normally expect 2 songs or the equivalent. 

In common with all music sessions, we ask you to pay respect to the performers by staying silent while songs are in progress. 

You will find a very friendly atmosphere at the Lighthouse, and a truly entertaining night is guaranteed. We look forward to welcoming you.

A word about Facebook...

The club has recently been running it's own Facebook page. We'd like to thank those who have posted positive messages there, particularly in relation to Pat's illness. There have however been some negative aspects to the presence of the page, and a decision has been taken to delete it. The club has gained popularity mainly through word of mouth, so a Facebook presence was never essential. Messages can be sent to the organisers by following the Contact link above left.
